Secretary
Mr. Ajay Bista is a tennis enthusiast and served Nepal Tennis Association as a board member since 2015 and is currently elected as the Secretary. He serves in several NTA committees including tournaments, technical, infrastructure, and core working committees. He is primarily responsible for all national and international tournaments. He serves as the Tournament Director for all International Tournaments under the International Tennis Federation and Asian Tennis Federation. He is also the Founding Chairman at Team Tennis Nepal since 2021, which is a direct result of his passion for tennis in Nepal. Team Tennis has generated many leading tennis athletes for Nepal. Mr Bista has also successfully guided his daughter Abhilasha Bista to becoming the first professional tennis athlete having earned International WTA Rank.
On the personal side he serves as the Managing Director at National Broadcasting and also the Founding Member of The Radio Broadcaster's Forum.

Mr. Ashok Gurung is reelected as a Board Member of the Nepal Tennis Association from Lumbini Province. He is also the Founding President of the Rupendehi Tennis Federation. His contribution towards tennis is immense. Professionally Mr. Gurung is the Managing Director of Ashoka Suppliers, and Kalika Diesels & Ashoka EV Charging companies.

Barishma Saud Acharya is an elected Member of the Nepal Tennis Association. She is an avid sports person and supports NTA in many capacities. Professionally she is the DCEO of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Ltd. And has 24 years of experience in the insurance industry. She also serves as an Executive Member of European Chamber of Commerce.
Vice President
Mr. Binod Kayestha is an avid tennis enthusiast and also served as the Founding President of Kaski District (BS 2065-75) and recently Founding President of the Gandaki Province Tennis Association. His contribution to the Kaski District Tennis Association along with his other colleagues is immense and widely respected.
He is also holds several prominent positions including as the Chairman of Pokhara College of Management, Director of Pokhara Oxygen Gas Company, and also involved in the banking and health care sectors.

Mr. Bishnu Bahadur Thapa is an elected member of the Nepal Tennis Association from Gandaki Province Tennis Association. He has been very active with the Kaski District Tennis Association since 2015 and currently serves as the Treasurer. Vice President
Mr. Dinesh Tuladhar has served as the Vice President of the Nepal Tennis Association since 2015 and in 2025 reelected as a Vice President. Mr. Tuladhar also a contributor for the construction of two previous clay courts (Courts 5 & 6) within the NTA Complex. As the Managing Director of Hotel Himalaya he has personally ensured use of its tennis court for junior players in times of urgency. Along with his hotel involvement, he is also involved in other popular businesses such as Exclusive Fabric Industries, Globalmatics Renewal Energy & Supplier, Nepa Hima Trade Llink. He is also the Vice President Hotel Association and an Advisor for the Nepal Pashmina Industries Association.

Mr. Gauri Shankar Shrestha currently is a nominated member of the Nepal Tennis Association Board and also a member of the Working Committee for his past voluntary contribution, passion and diligence towards Nepal Tennis. He currently serves as the Secretary of the Nepal Youth Program, an initiative focused on youth development in sports. He also previously served as the Secretary of the Lalitpur District Tennis Association. He is a businessman and a former national and veteran tennis player. He has been involved in tennis since 2006 and has contributed actively to its development. He is involved in multiple retail related businesses in Lalitpur.

Mr. Gopal Prasad Ganwali is the Founding Secretary of the Rupandehi Tennis Association since 2015 and currently the President. He is reelected as the Board Member of the Nepal Tennis Association from Lumbini Province. He has contributed significantly towards the Rupandehi Tennis Association.
On the personal side he is the Proprietor of TP Suppliers Company. He is also the President of the Lumbini Province Nepal Crusher Business Association and Mining Federation, President of the Lumbini Province Nepal Television Promotion Association, Executive Chairman of Buddha Television Channel, Past President of the Rotary Club of Tilottama Rupandehi Chapter.
Treasurer
Mr. Jayjeev Hada served on the NTA Board as a Member since 2015 and now currently elected as the Treasurer. Mr. Hada is an avid sports person currently involved in the NTA as an integral part of Nepal’s Tennis activities. He has served in several NTA committees including infrastructure, tournaments, technical, and core working committees. This drive has stemmed from his track & field related youth years and beyond. His passion for sports has led to the establishment of Emerging Athletes, a private sports company working to help sports and athletes in general but specifically for tennis. He also achieved success for guiding his son Aarav Samrat Hada to becoming Asia’s #1 Ranked Tennis Player from Nepal and who led the Nepal U12 Team to the ITF Asian U12 Finals in Kazakhstan three years in a row (2017, 18, 19) and rank Nepal as #4 in Asia in 2019. Under Jayjeev’s guidance Aarav also led the Nepal U14 team to win Division II and World Junior Tennis Championship Qualifiers for Asia Oceania in 2020.
Professionally, Mr. Hada is an Urban Planner. He served as an Urban Planner for the Fairfax County Government of Virginia, USA for over a decade before relocating back to Nepal to pursue his passion to help Nepali communities. He is the founder of Community Members Interested (COMMITTED) an urban planning organization in Nepal

Mr. Kabindra Pant is elected as the Member of the Nepal Tennis Association. He is a sports enthusiast overall and seeks to develop racquet Sports, especially tennis in Sudur Paschim Province. Mr. Manohar Das Mool is a passionate tennis enthusiast and has been involved with the Nepal Tennis Association as the Secretary General for more than two decades. His diligence and perseverance speaks volumes of his care for tennis in Nepal. On the personal side he is the Chairman of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Co. Ltd. (SALICO) and is involved in the following businesses: Paper trading & manufacturing, Insurance, Banking, Hydro power & Pharmaceuticals.
General Secretary
Mr. Niresh Bahadur Shrestha served as an NTA Board Member from 2015-25, and now is elected as the General Secretary. Mr. Shrestha is also the President of the Bagmati Province Tennis Association. He is a tennis enthusiast and participates in the NTA Seniors events in Nepal.
He is an entrepreneur and is a key position holder at many companies such as the Chairman of the F10 Group of Companies, Dus Reception & Management, Vision Hydropower, & Leesha Housing. He also serves as the Director of Heritage Carpet Flooring Industries and Heritage Tea Industries.

Nishant Kumar Lamichhane is the elected Board Member from Madhesh Pradesh. He is the Former Chairperson of the District Sports Development Committee, Parsa, Madesh Province.

Mr. Praveen Baidya is a member of the Kathmandu District Lawn Tennis Association since 2015 and now elected as a member of the Nepal Tennis Association from Bagmati Province. He is an avid tennis player and also participates in the seniors division.
Professionally he has been engaged in leading development activities. He was the Chief of Party of the Feed the Future Nepal Knowledge-Based Integrated Sustainable Agriculture in Nepal (KISAN) II Project. Praveen also worked as Deputy Chief of Party for KISAN 1 and EIG projects. He worked with Winrock International for over 16 years. Prior to working in Winrock International, Praveen worked as Team Leader/Systems Analyst/M&E Specialist for several development projects funded by The World Bank, UNDP and GON. Executive Member of Kathmandu District Lawn Tennis Association since 2015.

Ms. Preety Baral is the elected Board Member from Gandaki Province Tennis Association, where she serves as the Treasurer. Ms. Baral has been involved in the Kaski District Tennis Association for over a decade. She also participated in many tournaments as an avid tennis enthusiast.
Professionally she is the Director of Daddy’s Kitchen, Pokhara and the Founder of Uniladder Education Consultancy, Pokhara, and as an advisor for the Mainadevi Foundation.

Mr. Rabin Pradhan is currently an elected Board Member of the Nepal Tennis Association from Madhesh Pradesh. He has been involved in tennis since 2012 and has also assisted in organizing the ATF U14 tournament in Nepal. He is a Civil Engineer by profession and also an entrepreneur involved in hydropower and construction and consulting projects and businesses.
Vice President
Mr. Raju Shrestha has served as the Vice President of the Nepal Tennis Association since 2015 and is also a contributor for the construction of two previous clay courts (Courts 5 & 6) within the NTA Complex. He continues to serve as the Vice-President for the Nepal Tennis Association. His selfless act of working around with the tennis colleagues speaks much of his desire towards uplifting Nepal’s tennis scene.
He serves as the Honorary Consul of the Lao People Democratic Republic and the Managing Director of several popular businesses such as Nepali Ghar, Speedway Cargo & Freight Services, Patanjali Ayurveda Kendra, and Aseatic Traders & Exports.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Shrestha is nominated by the Nepal Tennis Association as a Board Member for his contribution toward the Kathmandu District Lawn Tennis Association through its daily functions as well as managing the annual Citizens Bank Tennis Tournament. Mr. Shrestha is a Computer Science academically and currently works at the Citizens Bank International as the ACEO.
