Although the envisioned NTA Board includes representation from all seven provinces of Nepal, the current NTA structure includes representation from 5 provinces - Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Sudur Paschim. The NTA is working towards including remaining two provinces and municipal and district chapters under its umbrella. The central NTA Board is comprised of a fair representation system under the guidance of the National Sports Council.
